Experience Pomurje like you've never experienced it before by visiting the Interactive Experience Park, where you'll get to know us from new angles. Take a flight in a virtual balloon in Expano, then continue to visit the winemakers and satisfy your senses and get to know the flavors of the Mura landscape captured in our wines.
The Experience and Taste Pomurje package includes a visit to the Expano Interactive Experience Park and a tasting at a selected winemaker. To begin with, you will get to know Pomurje with the help of modern technology and then go to a selected winemaker, where you will enjoy the flavors of the region.
The Panon Wine Gallery
Where the sky gently kisses the earth’s virgin slope, above the valley, is where PANON ripens. Wines from the depths of the Pannonian Sea enrich the region, bring new stories to the landscape, and above all, bring hope for the preservation of the cultural heritage and the vine, its noblest plant.
When you visit the PANON wine gallery, you will first be impressed by the stunning view of the Pannonian Plain, after which you will quench your thirst with a refreshing spritzer. This will be followed by a presentation on the PANON wine gallery and a tasting of three samples of bottled wine. You will also be served homemade buckwheat soup made from local ingredients, Krškopolje pig crackling as well as cold cuts from locally produced meat.

Marof Wine Cellar
In the heart of the Goričko region, when you expect to see nothing more than meadows and forest, there is a modern winery focused on production of traditional wines. It didn’t take them long to achieve cult status and become one of the most recognisable wine brands in Slovenia.

Steyer Wines
In the vineyards of the Steyer family, through the wine, the grape is allowed to express all of its nobility. Widely recognised as the “House of Gewurztraminer”, the cellar offers a rich selection of wines of this aromatic variety, which fascinates wine lovers from around the world.
The village of Plitvica, home of the Steyer family. On the estate of a former blacksmith’s workshop, the family now engages in viticulture. The wine-growing area, which provides excellent conditions for the Gewurztraminer variety, was the reason for the creation of the House of Gewurztraminer. The estate and its surroundings will charm you from the moment you arrive, and after a guided tour of the cellar and a tasting of selected wines, you will surely be convinced of their deep knowledge of and devotion to winemaking. You will also be treated to a tasting of selected local cheeses.

Kelenc Wine Cellar

Puhan Tourist farm

Gjerkeš Wines
On the estate, surrounded by unspoiled nature, there is a modern wine cellar called Gjerkeš, where you can learn their stories about wine, Goričko and Prekmurje, all while tasting top quality still and sparkling wines. Their bottled wines achieve excellent results in both local and international competitions.
The Gjerkeš vineyards are located in the pleasant and peaceful environment of the Goričko Nature Park. The modern wine cellar stands next to a renovated homestead from 1925. Their vineyards, from which they produce a wide range of top quality and award-winning wines, stretch along the most beautiful locations around the house.

The Passero Estate

Holiday farm Kozelinovi
Passing the picturesque forests, meadows and vineyards, the path leads to the Kozelin family homestead. In their vineyards, they grow the autochthonous “Gerlinčan” wine variety. Their wines taste even better under their vineyard trellis with a unique view of the surrounding landscape.

House of Gibanica
HIŠA GIBANICE (House of Gibanica) offers a unique experience of the culinary speciality of Pomurje. The area boasts the protected cake Prekmurska gibanica and a delicious Prleška gibanica, which are as different as night and day, as different as the people who live on both banks of the river Mura. Both are still a living part of the Slovenian culinary offer and are a must-try for all gourmet visitors.
This culinary experience is for all those who enjoy authentic local cuisine. At the Hiša Gibanice you will learn about the basic ingredients of both types of gibanica and the special features of preparing one and the other. Because we prepare them ourselves in the traditional way using a protected recipe, with local ingredients and by hand with the help of disabled employees, the social story will be part of your experience.
The experience also includes tasting of Prekmurska and Prleška gibanica, biscuits, crackers, products made from meadow apples and service with coffee, tea or juice. At the end of your visit, you will get a package with a piece of gibanica, which you can take home. It is also possible to purchase gibanica and other products.

At Radgonske gorice we have been producing and storing wine inside our unique cellars since 1852. The winery’s biggest pride is the first and most awarded sparkling wine in Slovenia, Zlata radgonska penina.
We invite you to visit our Sparkling Wine Cellar, where bottles of the golden champion are matured on special racks. In this magical place, you will be able to feel our devotion, knowhow and love for our work and its fruits. The bottles are manually turned every day in order to create the unique taste of Zlata radgonska penina. The Cellar under the Roman Wheel holds our most valuable vintages and we will be glad to show them to you. Here you will find thousands of bottles of different still and sparkling wines of superior quality. The exceptional wine cellar amazes its visitors with a built-in Roman wheel allowing sunlight to shine through its spokes and symbolising the development of viticulture and winemaking in Radgonske gorice. The astonishing Cellar under the Waterfall makes wine tasting an unforgettable experience. The sound of the waterfall gently cascading from the rock of the castle hill creates a magical atmosphere – something many couples that chose this place for their civil marriage ceremony will know.
